In the 1980's Wilf was THE man to call for a PA. Even I played through his rig. Wilf was 55. Flowers were arranged as a mixing desk with real faders and flashing LED's. Perhaps this explains why he cancelled his tour. The guitarist Robert 'Throb' Young who helped the alternative rock band Primal Scream to fame has died. 04/09/2014 Joan Rivers aged 81. Well ..... some of her was 81, some parts were much younger. 24/08/2014 Dickie Attenborough. Oscar winning Lord Dickie died today aged 90. 18/08/2014 James Alexander Gordon. The voice of the football results died aged 78. He started reading in 1973 and stopped in 2013. 11/08/2014 Robin Williams. Shazbat! 20/07/2014 James Garner, acting legend dies aged 86. 28/06/2014 Bobby Womac Soul singing legend dies aged 70 17/06/2014 Patsy Byrne The curse of Blackadder strikes again! Patsy played Nursie in Blackadder II. "A boy without a winkle?!" 15/06/2014 Casey Kasem died aged 82. Famous for presenting the American Top 40 shows in the seventies and eighties.
